No they can't watch all the staff all the time. This is why being careful who you hire and then doing a good job training them is so very important. My guess is that everyone that works at that day care now knows the "no photography" policy quite well, and future employees will know it too.

What bothers me more than the photography is the fact that nobody rushed to comfort the kid or that the person in the bunny suit didn't know to step out of the room quickly until the staff had the situation under control.

I don't like seeing people in animal costumes even as an adult. I was told the Easter Bunny scared me as a toddler and had me crying. To this day, when I see a person in a mascot animal costume I have the urge to punch them and tell them to just get away. But that video was FUNNY. And another good one is on Youtube, I call it The Easter Gorilla. Someone puts on a gorilla costume while small children are having a backyard egg hunt and they freak.
Yeah, its a money grab by the parents. Instead of laughing about it, which they will in years to come, they just want to pretend to be offended and cash in.

The video of this frightened little girl was funny to you?

'Nuff said.

One of these days people are going to understand that one should never post pictures of other people's kids on FB.

A parent used to come in to rehearsal and take pictures of all the kids and post on FB. My grandson had to ask her 3 or 4 times to stop posting his picture on FB. She finally got the message.

FWIW, the superintendent of the district I live in told the parents even if it is a public school, the building and grounds are private
property owned by the taxpayers of the district.

I'd hate to see the kid's reaction if Cosby walked in!

well, I said it many times I am not defending the daycare center, but if the parents want to sue, they need to prove damage. That is all
