Sounds like a good thing. I’m not sure about painted streets though. I guess it depends on how they do it. My stepfather painted their driveway and it gets really slick when it rains. Our roads are mostly concrete, which is white enough I would think.
Okay, just read the article and it says it is CoolSeal, which passes the skid test and allows traction on wet roads. I guess it’s a good thing.
