you can tell that they don't know who he is and the one in the background is laughing at him,
I don't share that interpretation of the video

what else would you call believing you can hang out in a private business, sit on their chairs, use the bathroom, and not make any purchases? That's like a definition in the dictionary of acting entitled
When asked what the company’s policy is about buying something, a Starbucks spokesperson said: “In this particular store, the guidelines were that partners must ask unpaying customers to leave the store, and police were to be called if they refused.”
“In this situation,” the spokesperson said, “the police should never have been called. And we know we have to review the practices and guidelines to help ensure it never happens again.”
If the policy is that police be called if people won't buy anything or leave, then why should the police NOT have been called "in this situation"?
yeah, that doesn't compute. spokesperson seems confuzzled.
Would YOU stay in a place where the manager asked you to leave, and then the police came, and TOLD you to leave? They KNEW they would be arrested if they didn't leave. These men either had an agenda, or they are really, really stupid.
No actually they were waiting for a third man to join them. Why would they leave when they had a meeting that was about to start? What would have been stupid would be to leave.
I'm not going down this road with you. 110 pages must contain a whole lot of stupid and I'm not in the mood.

Their choices were 1- order something, 2- leave, 3- trespass. Door number one would have made the most sense if they were serious about having their important business meeting at that establishment. They were unprofessional in that respect. I would not trust them in business.
