To negotiate an end implies that Trump will plead guilty to something "less." If that's the case, then it would seem to me that Muller has just been given cart blanch to keep the investigation going.

Now Comey says he doesn't know if the memos he leaked contained classified information. They need to interview Page and Strzok to find out what this secret "insurance policy" is that was hatched in "Andy's" office and find out what Comey knew
Now it turns out McCabe and his attorney knew charges were coming in the past few weeks, that explains the gofund me page. I think the raid on Trumps attorney was planned to draw heat off of what's about to come
