How do you do that? It would imply that Trump pleads or rolls on someone else. Trumps innocence or guilt aside, what is the administration giving up in exchange for Mueller? I dont even know, in exchange for him not to investigate crimes? how is that even an ask, its like "ok, fine you got me for stealing a car but dont look in the trunk". Its a poor/unfortunate use of words at the very least.
