The business owners will pass the cost to the consumer, me.
Only a small fraction of it. The $40 Big Mac is a myth. America has the 4th most expensive Big Mac in the world! And McDonalds have it easy in America in terms of labor costs compared to other developed countries. Just like business owners cant pass the cost on to the consumer in a functional market if they give themselves 500 times the salary of the average worker.

So you pay a worker more, and prices increase, so the there is no real positive purchasing power from the poor who now get $15 an hour.

This idea that inflation will increase 50% when minimum wage increases is just fantasy.
And the burger flipper is also being replaced by a robot as well. You don't have to pay it $15/hr, doesn't get sick, won't cause problems, doesn't need insurance or benefits.
The business owners will pass the cost to the consumer, me. Things will get more expensive for me. In turn I will raise rents on my properties, because I don't want make less money. The purpose of a business is to make money.
Or the business owners can go bankrupt and enjoy unemployment, and the Chinese can become the supplier.

Another fantasy. There will be millions of low skilled jobs 30 years from now as well. The restaurant business is a people business. That means human interaction is part of the job. Machines can only complement workers these days by doing routine jobs similar to a factor robot.

Real stainless steel and copper wires is a fantasy, that's a great way to shoot down anything you don't agree with.
Well, in your book, almost no one has morals then.
When everyone is crazy but you, maybe it's time to consider if you're the crazy one.....
Not everyone, just you and your bunch.
