If you leave before overstaying 180 days or less, you'll be banned entry for 3 years. If you stay longer, then the ban is longer.
It seems obvious this guy was a pot-tourist.
If you never leave, you never get banned. (Unless you get busted as an illegal immigrant).
I bet that guy which started the fire has been living in the USA for several years illegally. And would never have left if not for getting busted for arson.

I wouldn't bet too much since you have no idea when he arrived. I doubt he stayed at the mountains during the winter.
Jesper Joergensen sounds Danish not Hispanic.
Damn vikings sneaking in in their snekkja longships.
No mention if he is a visitor, legal resident, or in the US illegally.
Joergensen has been living in the Fort Garland, Colorado area for at least four years. He's your run-of-the-mill wannabe anarchist with a seriously anti-Semitic and racist streak.

If that is true, then he has overstayed long enough to get a life-time ban from US.
So he came as soon as pot was legalized. I wonder how many more of his kind were attracted by the legalization.

Oh yeah, it's true, and I agree that he needs to be on the next flight out of here. Sadly, the San Luis Valley tends to draw his type, and they all need to go somewhere else.
