Bill Clinton deserves this criticism, and it was an issue I had about him at that time.
However, Hillary, as a woman, was never subject to the draft.
By the time Obama was old enough to serve, the draft had been ended.
And yes, they could have signed on anyway, but there is a world of difference between not doing something you're not required to do, and actively ducking out on something you're being tapped to do.
ETA: And at least in the case of Bill.....he may have dodged the draft himself, but at least he didn't mock and insult those who *did* serve.
