It is a mass hysteria event. It is like nothing I have ever seen before.

Somehow, since the time Trump announced he was running for president, it has become a habit of many people on the left to blow everything out of proportion. It has become second nature. They do it so much that they actually start believing the stuff they are saying. Then they are completely surprised and angry when someone comes along and points out to them that the mountain they are looking at is really just a molehill.

Testify before Congress with TV cameras capturing every single second, broadcasting it to the entire world, and recording every bit so as to save it forever.
And before Dr Ford and her attorneys have had sufficient opportunity to prepare.

Why are those boys in such an all-fired rush? After all, they kept a SC seat open for 10 months just last year.

How is that sweeping in under the rug, Old Gringo? Really, I would like to know.
Oh, you already know. But keep playing ignorant if it suits you.

Contrast that with a Senator who sits on the letter for six weeks and a woman who makes an accusation but will not back it up in public.
No doubt Feinstein should have released the info earlier.

But now that's it's out, Grassley and his boys on the judicial committee are trying to cram this through at warp speed to avoid any investigation.

In total contrast to how he and Hatch approached the Clarence Thomas scandal, where they insisted that an FBI investigation was the right thing to do back in 1991.

What are they (and you) afraid of?

The appointment is for life. Why then can't the senate take its time with hearings given the serious accusations? Why is there such a rush and bullying by the GOP?

or

2. Pushing Kavanaugh through as fast as possible, before mid-terms, even if it means the only information we get from the sexual assault case are Kavanaugh's testimony vs Ford's testimony, without hearing from Mark Judge, a friend who was in the room that day (Republicans have already said they will NOT call Judge to testify before their committee)

Any Trump supporters have the guts to openly admit they're more worried about getting a conservative judge confirmed than they are worried about hearing all the facts of his alleged sexual assault?

Oh lookie, the BOLD, now I'm really mad sentence....

She has been given 3 opportunities to come forward....Open or closed testimony, or they will go to her....

She is the one holding back, not the right...and BTW, why are you not mad at feinstien holding on to the letter for 6 weeks?

Thumbs up McCaskill to oppose Kavanaugh nomination

Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill (Mo.) said on Wednesday night that she will oppose Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court nomination.
McCaskill is one of the first of a group of undecided Democrats running for reelection in states won by President Trump to formally announce their decision on Kavanaugh.

McCaskill to oppose Kavanaugh nomination

Good for her! Only the "BRAIN-DEAD" would believe a perjurer who has already lied under oath(for which he should have been removed from the bench!), and why isn't he supportive of the FBI investigating this, nooooo instead he spends two days being coached in practice sessions!

That way Kavanaugh would "OFFICIALLY" be cleared by the FBI of any wrongdoing, and the democrats would be left standing around with nothing...NOTHING to whine about and delay Kavanaugh's confirmation.

Does that not make sense?
You just don't get it. The FBI does not open criminal investigations where they have no jurisdiction. There will be no criminal investigation and therefore no CLEARED by FBI of criminal charges.

They could reopen the background investigation...…...and what...…..interview everyone in the DC area who went to the multiple private high schools mentioned over several years?

Even if they did that, all they will do is record what everyone says. They will not make a judgement on who is or isn't telling the truth. And, again there will be no CLEARING or NOT CLEARING of Kavanaugh. You simply don't understand what the process entails.
