Kavanaugh has hired attorney Beth Wilkinson to represent him. She previously represented a number of Hillary Clinton staffers in the FBI investigation of Hillary's home-brew email server and the leaking of classified documents.

So if this woman questions Ford, she and the Democrats will not be able to play the woman card.

Really, if it's that important, you should drop everything and go...period end of story....
I was curious about what you "just heard," so I tried to find some verification, but couldn't. All I find is news that Ford has yet to respond to the invitation to testify on Monday, via emails to her lawyer...

Can you maybe provide a link about what you "heard" instead of the hahaha nonsense?

In any case, Monday or not, testify or not, how about we just let this story also unfold as it will? We should ALL feel some level of gratification that the likes of these sorts of charges are "heard" at all, because in a lot of countries, any word not aligned with those in power would not be allowed, and we'd be "hearing" absolutely nothing from anyone the Wizard of Oz didn't want heard!

Grassley is saying no.

If you want more than "he said-she said" there needs to be other witnesses.

This appears to be yet another attempt by Republicans to rush this nomination and not fully vet Kavanaugh.

Who else did she tell?

A witness is not someone you tell 30+ years later....

It is. Pubs accused her of waiting until he was nominated to say anything. Proving that she told someone in 2017 and 2012 shows that she didn't just decide to create the story in 2018 due to his SC Nomination. If they are accusing her of that (some already did), they need to allow witnesses which refute that. They are relevant witnesses. So is Mark Judge who was in the bedroom during the attempted rape.

If something was never reported then how are they supposed to find it? Do they read minds, or have a time travel machine to be there for every moment of his life?

If they can get there on Monday, sure. Let's also call Ford's therapist to see why she got her notes wrong.

Funny how some people can't view these proceedings other than through lenses like yours, but your comment got me to wondering if there would be any such questions if Trump played a "woman card" instead of yet another older white male card by picking Kavanaugh in the first place. I guess we'll never be able to get past the race issues, sex issues when it comes to justice and politics, or anything else for that matter.

Her therapist would be an excellent witness to call.

There were four guys in the house. Two in the living room. Two in the bedroom.

From what I've read, the music in the bedroom was turned up so the guys in the living room wouldn't hear.

Not sure why this is so hard to understand.
