evidence is what you submit or state and is not ruled out by the judge. Maybe you guys need more time to research this before continuing with it.
You do realize you're actually helping prove the case for Kavanaugh, right? What evidence does Ford have? What evidence has she submitted? Right now, there is only her word against his. So, he at least has a calendar showing his movements the summer in question. Has she brought the same? She can't even tell anyone a date, week, month, location - nothing. So if you want to talk about evidence, she is the one severely lacking in any such evidence.
How's about where the investigation SHOULD be and that's with the LEO's who have jurisdiction? Why is it that people are soooooo afraid of that? Trot her arse on down to the PD and file the damn accusation if she's so sure...

Even IF Ford is somehow or in some way partially correct about what she claims the question one has to ask oneself is "Are you the same today as you were in High School"? For those who are older than say, 35 and grown up it SHOULD be a resounding NOPE.
The second question one has to ask oneself is "Is there anything in his ADULT life that points to anything like what Ford describes"?

So... Let's say you're applying for a job, or a promotion. Would it be OK for a rivals's friend, etc., to go to the company and accuse you of committing a crime (let's say embezzlement, or vandalizing a school or former employer, etc.) with no evidence whatsoever just to give his/her friend etc., a better chance at the job/promotion? Should the company just believe the accusation even if there's no corroborating evidence?

The right needs to pretend that NOT DOCUMENTING YOUR CRIME is proof you did not do it. Hell if that is all one needs then i should be free to rob a bank just as long as i don't put it in my calendar....
