Every witness has made statements which carry the same perjury penalty as lying to the FBI. A week from now the FBI will report she said he did, he said he didn't, no witness can corroborate her accusation, we'll know nothing more than we knew last week and not one senator will have changed their mind or vote.

A lady with absolutely zero evidence to back her up I might add. The committee was quite gracious to listen to her at all because nothing she has presented even remotely gave her accusation any credibility whatsoever. Is this the new norm now? Anyone can say anything at all with zero evidence and that's good enough???? I am so frustrated over how badly the Democrats have damaged this very important confirmation process.

President Trump on Friday ordered the FBI to conduct a "supplemental" investigation into the allegations of sexual assault against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, but wants it completed within a week.
“I’ve ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to update Judge Kavanaugh’s file," Trump said in a statement. "As the Senate has requested, this update must be limited in scope and completed in less than one week.”
Earlier, the Senate Judiciary Committee said it is requesting that Trump “instruct the FBI” to conduct the investigation, which would be “limited to current credible allegations against the nominee and must be completed no later than one week from today.”
