See, this is where you are completely off base.

Investigation of what? A last minute, politically motivated, uncorroborated hit job on a SC appointee?

Ford is simply a pawn. Once this is over, every one of these Dem Senators will lose her number. They are only concerned with their future run at the Presidency. Only concerned with Trump demolishing their agenda to turn our country into a European crap hole.

All of which is beside the point here. Your assumption that all Democrats just fall into line with the behavior of these men comes from the fact that most Republicans just fall into line behind the misbehavior of their so-called "leaders." Just look at who is in the WH. But we don't.

Oh my gosh, I sound like an old fogey but I long for the day when men were allowed to be men, in all their flawed glory, and women were allowed to be women, in all their flawed glory. Those days DID exist. Were they perfect? No. But how is today's environment any better for anyone?

The fact that Feinstein had this information since early August and did nothing about it taints the entire issue to the point that it needs to disregarded entirely.

The senate should have voted and Kavanaugh should be sitting on the SCOTUS this Monday.

That Feinstein & Co. would play politics with this or any alleged sexual assault is a disgrace. Ford’s allegations are poisoned by this fact alone.

We've been watching this show since Sarah Palin stepped on the national stage and FOX took over as the henchman for the GOP, hammering hatred into their viewers until we've now reached the point where right-wingers throw their fellow Americans under a bus in order to worship blindly, and without any critical sensibility whatsoever, at the altar of a madman. If the GOP says that Kavanaugh is a "good man," that's all they need to know and they line. up like lemmings to those marching orders. Time and time again. And if you think Trump gives a crap any of his followers, you are delusional: he plays them all every time he opens his lying trap. Some of us have been watching "The Trump Show" for nearly 40 years and we are more than familiar with how he plays (and deceives) people. Biggest con to ever walk on the national stage. Just ask New Yorkers--and I'm not talking about the "elite" New Yorkers; I'm talking about your everyday working-class hero New Yorkers: they wouldn't touch Trump's stench with a 10-foot-pole, and they know him better than any other people in the nation.
Tell us what Feinstein did then because from the evidence and the timeline, it appears she sat on it, then leaked it against Ford's wishes.

What was Feinstein going to do with this letter otherwise?

I think Feinstein (and maybe Ford, who knows) sat on this letter exactly as long as it took to clean up Ford's social media footprint.

Feinstein sits up there looking all innocent, but we know she is the biggest rat of them all. Well, after Kavanaugh is confirmed next week, then we expand our lead in the Senate in November, all her devious work will have been for nothing.

Well then. Feinstein says she didn't do it - and you believe her.

In the same vein, Kavanaugh says he didn't do it - and you should believe him.

Right?
