Europe, and Asia NEED our markets more than we need there. Trump knows he is negotiating from a position of strength especially since we've been losing the trade wars with Europe for the past sixty years or more. All the trade imbalance needs is someone who knows how to negotiate. Europe, and Asia have been taking advantage of us long enough, and with the Defense issue also.

Those who know how to negotiate do not have to go around making constant threats.

And wasn't the TPP supposed to eliminate ALL tariffs between participating countries? Trump pulled us out of that.
TTIP. Yes, that was already negotiated, but then Trump halted it, and then pulled the pin out of the grenade, and initiated a trade war instead. Now he is putting the pin back in the grenade, and getting back to square one. What EU is doing is basically trying to get TTIP back on the table. If they have to re-name in in order to appease the foot-stumping idiot, they might be willing to do it.

Imagine all the drama and emotion we could have spared without Trumps idiocy. Tariffs would have been a thing of history with EU, Canada, Mexico, Japan and many other nations.

LOL.

As I said, Trump wins. Leftists heads explode. They are in full denial. Just like they were when I said he would win the election.

Trump's tariffs are working. There was no Russian collusion. CNN is falling through the floor. Very good week for Trump.

This is getting results. This is a President doing what he said he would do.

What a great President we have, we will be benefitting for decades from what President Trump is accomplishing.

That's precisely how Liberals and the left work. If Trump does it, it's a failure. If somebody else does it, it's winning, even if they're the exact same thing.

Kitty...

Tariffs never work.
Centrally-planned economies never work.
Socialism never works.

Tariffs--and the resulting bailouts--are Marxist ideals. You're blindly cheerleading Marxism.

I've asked you before, but you never respond:

-What economic education do you possess?
-Are you a Keynesian or an Austrian?
-Who is your favorite economist?

Because they're highly regulated, centrally-planned economies with very little freedom for entrepreneurs.

I'll ask again:

-What economic education do you possess?
-Do you subscribe to the Keynesian School or the Austrian School?
-Who is your favorite economist?
