No, no it's not. At best it's assault or attempted rape. But not rape.

do we judge people for their actions or for what they could have done but didn't.
She also was afraid that she would die. I guess to libs that means he's guilty of murder?

If Booker did this, then he should recuse himself. Just as if it is proven Kavanaugh assaulted his accuser, he should be disqualified from consideration for SCOTUS.

I'm a liberal, and assault is assault, no matter who does it. No excuses.

The article he wrote says that the girl kissed him before he reached for her breast to grope her.

Booker's push for Kavanaugh vote delay called out over his 1992 column detailing teenage groping | Fox News

So if she initiated with a kiss, I'd hardly call that assault.

Actually , it seems based solely on the article that all he is admitting to is fumbling around with some girl on a bed and then her stopping him once she realized she didn't want to have sex or be felt up.

This isn't the same thing as slapping some random woman's butt or something like that.

They were likely kissing, and he wanted to do more and she didn't. He stopped when he saw she didn't want to do more

That's not Booker's account. He went in for what he thought would be a hug but got a kiss instead as it's a tradition for a New Year's celebration when the clock hits midnight. He then tried to do more and she resisted.

Going by SJW rules (and Booker is a SJW) he is guilty of some kind of transgression because he was in close enough proximity to a drunk female which allowed contact to happen and he escalated the previous physical boundary (established as a kiss by her) without her permission (which she couldn't give because she was drunk).

Sad, so VERY sad, the TDS!

"I would ban ALL guns if i could" fienstein (EXCEPRT HER CONCEALED CARRY GUN) does NOT NEED the repubs to GRANT HER PERMISSION TO "investigate".

You LACK of knowledge on how the Senate works is GLARING.

She and her staff ALONE HAD THE LETTER So, who do you think leaked it"

Why, when she got the letter in JULY, didn't she IMMEDIATELY after getting it, turn it over to the committee chairman?

Why during the closed door Senate Judicial Committee meeting did she NOT bring it up?

Why, when she had a 1 on 2 meeting with Kavanaugh that lasted over 3 hours, did she NOT bring it up?

Why hasn't she STILL NOT GIVEN TH LETTER TO THE Committee?

NO, she held on to it to pull an "October surprise".

The ENTIRE group Dem members on the committee stated BEFORE the committee hearings even started, that they would NOT vote yes on Kavennaugh, so what difference does it make what is done?
