Hey folks I've got an idea... maybe Republicans should just *not* elect and nominate rapists?

Just kidding

No.
That's because the Dems weren't that desperate yet. Desperate times call for desperate measures as they say and the Dems are very desperate. Desperate enough to commit all kinds of crimes and accuse people of doing things they didn't and rely on mob justice to rule the day. They are nothing more than strong arm bullies who think laws don't apply to them.

no, it will happen to Democrats when it's their turn to pick USSC judges.

This is a setup, Repubs will find their own accusers then. Great country huh? The scary part is a good portion of the country has bought into it.

It's not the liars I worry about. It's the True Believers who think their cause is righeous.

A man who can lie to you with a straight face is ordinary.

A man who can lie to *himself* with a straight face is dangerous.

My question is, where are the Democrats going to find highly qualified individuals to nominate for the SC, when they finally get a chance to nominate one?
Any truly qualified person is going to realize the S Storm they will be put through, with investigations clear back to babyhood (OMG, she sucked on her mother's mammary gland!) to high school (OMG, if she had as many sticking out of her as she has had stuck in her, she would look like a porcupine!) to college (OMG, that drunken female attacked me!) to work history (OMG, she was guilty of gender harassment!).
Anyone who would accept a nomination under those conditions is, IMO, too dumb to be confirmed.

Come to think of it, where is trump going to find anyone dumb enough to want such a nomination in the current climate?

It didn’t happen with Gorsuch. Nor any of the other recent nominees. Investigate it. Put the people involved under oath and let us decide based on the evidence presented. That is fair for everyone involved, especially the American public that has to deal with someone nominated for a lifetime appointment to the nations highest court.

Are there any conservative lesbians that could be nominated to the Supreme Court when Ruth Buzzi Ginsberg kicks the bucket? I'd like to see the Loonies deal with that!

Neil Gorsuch was not subjected to this kind of scrutiny, because there was nothing in his past to warrant it. He even got some votes from Democrats. That makes your entire OP is BS.

I’m sure there such lesbian jurists, but Trump wouldn’t be the guy to nominate one of them.
