Ground Control to 2sleepy:
That is what it is.
Were they not hiring people due to Race, they would not feel the need to even mention it.
Now, you might be appalled or you might think it fine and dandy. Whatever. But it is reality.
That's just silly and this is off topic. I strongly suggest that you read up on the law and start a new thread if you think it's topic worth arguing about.

The Potemkin Village is a fascinating place.
Some see right through it while others think it real.
Then you should be reporting it because it is against the law.
Quote:
Here’s something to think about: It’s against federal law for any private employer to make a hiring or promotion decision on the basis of either race or gender. But it’s not against the law for the federal government to do so. In fact, the reality of the federal workplace is that political appointees and career civil servants do it routinely in hiring new government employees. And if a group of federal departments and agencies have their way with a new regulation they’ve proposed, it will soon be routine among private employers as well.
Quote:
“Cabinet-level departments already have individual Offices of Civil Rights and Diversity. In addition, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Labor Department's Office of Federal Contract Compliance are charged with enforcing racial and gender discrimination laws. “With the new financial regulation law, the federal government is moving from outlawing discrimination to setting up a system of quotas. Ultimately, the only way that financial firms doing business with the government would be able to comply with the law is by showing that a certain percentage of their workforce is female or minority.â€
In other words, race- and gender-based hiring quotas are about to become mandatory. What a long way Washington has come since Congress passed the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which explicitly outlawed such quotas.
One thing is clear, Elizabeth Warren likely has more Neanderthal blood than Indian blood.
By the way, it’s important to realize that the only reason this story is making headlines now is because Elizabeth Warren intends to pursue the 2020 Democrat Party nomination for president. If she were successful in that pursuit, she would then take on President Trump in the general election and, even the staunchest Republican must admit, Trump has an unfortunate tendency to boast and brag in a manner as dishonest as Warren’s. The difference is, Warren’s lying was about claiming victimhood in order to exploit affirmative-action policies, whereas Trump lies about things like sexual affairs with Playboy models. Can you guess whose lies the average American is more likely to shrug off?
Oh yes. Republicans are SO CONCERNED about native Americans that they currently are doing everything they can to take away their right to vote in Montana.

And one of Trump's recent comments on Twitter...referring to Stormy Daniels as 'Horseface'...is, IMO, one of his most inane comments to date. He either didn't realize how that reflects on him, or executing the insult was so important to him that he didn't care.

Trump loves to trigger the NPCs and MSM. They don't realize how it reflects on them, this constant TDS.
The rest of the USA see it for what it really is.
