The list goes on and on and on.

What Trump did was disgusting to say the least, but now suddenly that Trump called someone horseface is a big deal? Have you heard something called honesty?
I have. Trump hasn't.

I could not care less about the name calling. It’s just the outrage du jour. Is Trump crass at times? Sure, but I really don’t care. I find it sort of amusing, actually.

This may be appropriate, but is it really worth a two-column, top half, and center of page article in the national newspaper of record? The conduct may be unbecoming of a President. This was pointed out in an opinion piece in, of all places, Fox News, Trump calls Stormy Daniels 'Horseface' in a tweet – Why has this kind of insult become the new normal? But it was captioned "Opinion by Leslie Marshall | Fox News."

But was calling a large number of working-class people a "basket of deplorables" any better?

Well, it isn't an entire gender/ group... These are individuals. So don't get your panties in a wad.

The guy is an immature pig. Always has been. Always will be.

And he definitely does not like women.

Isn't he supposed to at least TRY and unit the country - which, by the way, he has never done.

I will recognize Trump for exposing the Republican party for what it is ~ a lying, thieving, white nationalist sewer.
???? Prove that he "refers to half of the country as scum".

Is this just another attempt at stealing what those on the right are saying about the left and trying to use it for your own talking points? -- like y'all tried to do with - tds, snowflake, lefties are violent, etc. (don't lefties have original thoughts?)

Any excuse to defend that crooked, fat, name-calling, sexual assaulting president of yours.

I believe the 'basket of deplorables' comment was related to the fact that Trump's campaign tactics and smears (personal smears) were so low and egregious, that to support that pretty much put you in the deplorable camp with Trump. Again, not a smart move politically on Hillary's part; however, I guess she thought that what's good for the goose and all that but apparently not. Only Trump gets away with personal assaults and classless words. Everyone else pays for them. Will he ever?
No because the President's tweets are "free speech" which was why the defamation lawsuit was thrown out even though this tweet shows that maybe it shouldn't have been in the first place. Sadly Trump is Teflon and always has because might makes right in America and likely always will be the case.
