Wondering about that. It's pathetic that he gets away with this and has set it as an example. I have never in my life seen anything like him, president or not.

This may be appropriate, but is it really worth a two-column, top half, and center of page article in the national newspaper of record? The conduct may be unbecoming of a President. This was pointed out in an opinion piece in, of all places, Fox News, Trump calls Stormy Daniels 'Horseface' in a tweet – Why has this kind of insult become the new normal? But it was captioned "Opinion by Leslie Marshall | Fox News."

But was calling a large number of working-class people a "basket of deplorables" any better?

We have found out many in the media can dish it out BUT, CAN'T TAKE IT.

They have called people names and "attacked" them for DECADES and are NOT use to someone doing the same to them.

MOST of this media is to the left politically and are now acting like the snowflakes we have come to see over an over on TV.

Just like the snowflakes who are spoiled little brats and are used to getting their way, "everybody gets a trophy", nobody fails, etc., types and don't know how to handle NOT getting their way.

For once I agree with you. He demeans ALL Americans by implying we're all idiots when he expects us to believe that an investigation conducted by the prime suspects in the murder of Jamal Khashoggi has been thorough and unbiased. The message he really sends is spend $$$ with him and he's willing to look the other way any time it's needed.

I don't like that Trump insults BOTH men, and women in a very demeaning, and juvenile way. I wish he would be more Presidential, and learn some decorum. That being said he does speak his mind, and doesn't use the double talk, and parse his words like most other politicians. At least you know where he stands. Still he is sometimes his own worse enemy.

Women are equals.

Trump did not disparage all women, just specific people who happen to be women.

You can't have equality when you feign to protect women from harsh and inappropriate comments men often get.

Trump's comments inappropriate for either gender.

What Trump does is to make his opponents lose focus by outrageous comments. Common in sports, You get into your opponents head. Suddenly the left is channeling their best Emily Post and forgetting the incredible accomplishments Trump has made despite unprecedented attacks by the media propaganda machine and democrats. these attacks on Trump are the result of the left losing their minds and having run out of argument. bipartisanship came to a dead end under Obama. Obama was touted by the media as a great orator. An orator who spoke empty words. An orator who had no communication or negotiating skills. Even dems were shut down by harry reid and Obama. Obama bypassed the people's representatives with regulations instead of legislation. Obama berates the SCOTUS, warning them to not overturn obamacare by ignoring the people and their representatives who elected them and passed obamacare.

So if you are polite and sound good, lie for personal gain, support the enemy, not recognize who is the enemy, accomplish nothing, you are preferable to Trump and his strategic inappropriate comments.

Trump treats women as equals to men.

The media is the free press for all. The president and commander in chief is supposed to be for all.

Trump is an overgrown spoiled brat that has been getting his own way his entire life.

He should have been vetted before becoming a candidate for such a high office.

He acts like a grade school bully and pouts and demeans people when he does not get his way.

Hopefully, next time around we will at least get an adult with character, high morals, empathy and diplomatic and critical thinking skills. JMO

Oh, I forgot. He is probably the BIGGEST BIGOT in the world. What a tragedy. What is even weirder to me, is how some people admire this jerk........

The list goes on and on and on.

What Trump did was disgusting to say the least, but now suddenly that Trump called someone horseface is a big deal? Have you heard something called honesty?
Women call him Cheeto, make fun of his hair, call him fat, little hands, the list goes on and on yet when their ugliness and flaws are pointed out they want to get all politically correct. Too bad. That won't fly.

I believe Trump is trying to make the point that the porn star is not his type. He isn't attracted to women with horse faces. Call him shallow if you want, who cares? Most men are attracted to beautiful women.

My 6 year old son asked me if our President was a bully last night. One of his friends parents must have been talking about it while their kids were listening. It was a pretty uncomfortable conversation. I could not lie. I said that yes the President sometimes is a bully and it is not right. I also said that the President also has done good things for people. I really wish the President would refrain from the cheap shots and nasty comments. I also told my son that. I also wish parents would stop talking politics with their young children. Their minds are too young to comprehend the bigger picture. Not to mention, all politicians have said something nasty about a rival at one time or another.
If he did, he wouldn't be Trump. Wouldn't be nearly as effective and, ironically, would lose a large measure of respect.

So much of his popularity and yes, respect, stems from being real....from being one of us. From being anything but a scripted and canned political zombie. His shooting from the hip and wearing his heart on his sleeve is what earns the trust of millions of hard-working average Americans who never thought they'd see a President who really speaks to them and for them. A man that they can see a lot of themselves in.

I don't want him to change a thing. It's all part of a package that came along just in time to give this formerly fast-fading nation a chance to pull off a win in overtime.

Sadly, I didn't say big chance. Most of us will never again see a President with his courage in standing up to our enemies from within in our lifetimes. And thus, in all likelihood we are merely enjoying an 8-year postponement of America's demise.

Exactly. The fact that Republican candidates and presidents became so politically correct and controlled, not to mention weak and wussy, has brought us to the point that we are.

President Trump not only speaks plain speak that you know what he means, he says it with conviction.
It's not just the words, it's the man behind the words that we know means what he says, says what he means and will carry out what he promises to do.
He never let the attackers (Democrat and Republicans) put him on the defensive and he never apologized(s) for being truthful.

Evidently, it is OK for the Left to call people names, and use violence, and threats to intimidate. Stormy Daniels is NOT an attractive woman. She has implants, a bit of a thick body, and a hook nose. Trump's previous wives, and romantic interests have ALL been much more attractive. He doesn't need to go after an ageing, unattractive prostitute/porn actress.
