Nothing unlawful about DACA. The legal issue on DACA is whether its ending was "arbitrary and capricious". So far the administration has lost in the courts.

ok, so show me where it says in INA of 1952, Title 8, that illegal immigrants came here as children can deferred deportation and eligible to work in US? DACA completely contradicts our current immigration law.

The reason why DACA is still around is because democrats were window shopping for liberal federal judges in 9th DC. If DACA goes to SCOTUS, it's done.

Yeah, we know you want this maniac to have unchecked power to ignore or change the law as he sees fit.

Where have we seen that before?

This was all a political stunt to gin up hillbilly hysteria, and his base fell for it hook line and sinker.

There were never any middle easterners in the caravan, only poor asylum seekers. There will be no boarder wall because Mexico was to finance it, not me, and Democrats aren’t stupid enough to fund it. The troops are headed home because their work is done albeit unsuccessful - the House was lost along with seven governorships.

Trump went mute after the election because it was a hoax and his plan wasn’t a success. He immediately went back to his lazy boy scarfing down quarter pounders watching MASH reruns. Meanwhile his base is still running into one another in a nebulous stupor engineered for political leverage.

Do you honestly believe thousands of third world migrants trying to gain entry into our country, is in our best interest? And stop with the Hitler comparisons because their not comparable.

I think the overall import of our branches of Government adhering to the rule of law dwarfs the overall effect of a couple of thousand migrants seeking asylum. The law says they can seek asylum however the enter the country. If you or Trump don't like it, write your legislator and ask him/her to change the law. Hitler has nothing to do with it.

Thousands of American citizens in California are homeless due to the horrific fires. They should be our first priority.

Let the Mexicans deal with the migrant caravans. They have generously offered them asylum and jobs but the migrants essentially spat in their faces. Mexico should deport them because their own people don't want them there as we've seen with the protestors in Tijuana, chanting "Trump is right. This is an invasion."

There appears no question that DACA is legal. The suit by TX et al has failed to get off the ground.

It is a question of executive or prosecutorial discretion. There is no possibility of enforcing the law as it is written. Simply no where near the resources that would be required. So the most deserving of the illegal aliens are given a reprieve.

I want to know why people want more illiterate people from other countries. Please give me your reasons why other than compassion. Our country has trillions of dollars in national debt, our own citizens are homeless or inadequately housed, our national parks and public lands need funds for a huge backlog of repairs and upgrades of structures not to mention roads, our infrastructure is aging and inadequate for the 21st century, etc. Why do we need more unskilled workers when automation is imminent? Most have said they are coming here to work then send money home. Why do you think this is a good thing? I want my tax money and charitable contributions to help my fellow citizens and the country we all love.
