This "caravan" needs to be stopped at our border. Each individual screened. On a individual basis, determined if they need to go back into Mexico or allowed in. While I do not support separating children from parents, screening 8,000 is going to be a lot and I am sure the "living conditions" they will have to be forced to endure while waiting their turns will trigger extreme liberals. You know, they think the Hilton would be more suitable. However, it will be better then the conditions they are running from I would assume. Heat, food and beds.
Not practical to screen each and every one of a crowd that big, some would definitely slip thru the cracks.
Build that wall is simple minded rhetoric for non thinking problem solvers. We have a military and national guard for a reason. Better yet, lets just get all of those NRA gun toting conceal carry to step up and defend the border. Wen have more than enough man power in this country to defend a boarder against desperate hungry women and children.
How many times does it have to be repeated? Walls do work. When Bill Clinton was president, he had a wall built on the San Diego/Tijuana border. That wall has drastically cut down on crime and illegal crossings. Yet you refuse to believe this.
These people aren't "desperate [and] hungry". Have you taken a close look at this mob? They are well dressed and well fed. Besides, many in the group are coming here intent on doing harm---those aren't desperate people.
If they are "desperate and hungry", then why aren't they asking Mexico for asylum? After all---think for a minute---if they are "hungry", they wouldn't have the strength to go very far. Mexico has given many asylum.
With a mass of people this large traveling so far... there are questions (not mine, but good questions)...
Who is feeding all of these people? According to Telesurvtv.net, 1,400 Hondurans left San Pedro Sula on October 14 (last Sunday) for Guatemala. The invaders have grown to about 4,000 since then. Do you have any idea how much food that would take? Since they are on the move, they require more caloric intake than normal. None of these people look as if they have missed a meal. And who is keeping them hydrated? For real. I am not kidding. Potable water trucks are somewhere out there. We just need photos.
Who is providing medical services? Statistically speaking, you cannot have that many people without having medical care. Someone will turn a, ankle, get sunstroke, or the norovirus. Think about a cruise ship: stomach virus breakouts all over hell and half of Georgia. Are we supposed to believe that these poor Hondurans have better handwashing habits than those who cruise Carnival? And speaking of sanitary facilities…
Where are they doing #2? I have said this to my poor, beleaguered husband two, three, maybe four times a day, every day this week. Are these people dropping trou at the side of the road and taking a dump? Is it like a marathon and someone has pre-positioned port-o-potties every mile or so? What about toilet paper, hand sanitizers and poo-pourri? Talk about a hazmat situation. Four thousand people moving about 1,200 miles. The hazardous material clean-up would be unreal. To quote the movie “Envy” starring Jack Black and Ben Stiller: “Where does the poo go?” Real world here, folks. Guatemala must have an environmental disaster on her hands.
Or maybe there are other other methods of travel taking place... Video at the Tweet...
The biggest fear that the Democrats and the Illegals will soon have
is the American Citizen
“The right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; a well armed and well regulated militia being the best security of a free country.”
Quote: James Madison
The Democrats and Illegals Clearly have no respect for our laws and both will soon
find out the ramifications of their actions !
The United States Constitution (c) 1791. All Rights reserved.
Besides, the visa program you're whining about is a program for temporary unskilled workers to be hired on a seasonal basis. Americans want full-time year round work. Besides, many of them don't live near most places (like resorts) that hire temp workers. At one time, resorts were open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. These days, they open before Memorial Day and close after Labor Day. In other words, now high school and college students can't take those jobs.
Would you rather these places thumb their noses at the law and hire illegals?
Here is the exact quote.

We also need VISA reform, as 40% of illegals are here from VISA overstay and abuse. And stop all the magnets that bring them here !
I think they were talking H1-B visas but didn't name the specific one. As for your post it is right but if enough of us don't frequent resorts they won't need the h1-b workers and be Memorial day to labor day.
