We're supposed to believe this person still had valid credit card accounts?

"In court records, Sayoc was described as having $4,175 in personal property and more than $21,000 in debts, mostly from unpaid credit cards. His monthly income at the time was $1,070.

“Debtor lives with mother, owns no furniture,” Sayoc’s lawyer indicated in a property list. Sayoc’s mother, Madeline, also filed for bankruptcy around the same time."

Sayoc and his mother were both bankrupt. How did Sayoc get a credit card, given those circumstances?

So the Feds are lying about credit card receipts in his van? Maybe he stole a credit card? Maybe he lied on an application. Maybe some dumb butt credit card company gave him a credit card. We don't know at this point.

People who have filed for bankruptcy can sometimes get credit cards though.

You're making a strong case against him being a patsy though. Keep going.

He did have receipts in his car but you know better, why don't you hold off on that conspiracy until after the FBI investigates.

I suppose it's also possible that the man in your link said credit card receipts when he meant debit card receipts. There's a lot of possibilities here and him being a false flag is not one of them

Makes it even more unbelievable.
That was a very nice & clean undamaged van, for having Trump plastered all over the windows only and living out of it, in a very intolerant liberal area.

Credit ratings are openly available to all credit card companies, and in fact, all current and potential creditors. Both Sayoc and his Mother were bankrupt. That's why Sayoc had to live in his van. No credit = no apartment rental application approval. Think very carefully about that.

I've given you possible ways he had a credit card. You've given me one -- that he's a false flag plant. Every argument you make about him being a patsy is actually a reason why he's not a set up.

The truth of it is, the right wingers are way out in front when it comes to violent hate crimes. Note the sources on this:

Big deal, he had no apartment rental application in his van. Some people, believe it or not, would rather live in their van or on the street than have to follow the rules of living with neighbors. He was delivering pizzas recently and they can pull down good money over a weekend in tips. His boss was interviewed on TV. Credit cards with a low credit line and debit cards aren't THAT hard to come by if you have a PO box even after a bankruptcy. Someone I know puts money every month on her brother's debit card. He's mentally ill and lives on the streets.

No, you haven't. Bankrupt people living in their van who also have tens of thousands in unpaid CC debt just simply aren't given more credit. Neither are their also bankrupt parents.
