He’s not wrong, though.

That may very well be true, but that's because many people overseas have such a low opinion of Americans.

Trump has no shame about lying, cheating, and screwing other people over, and takes great pride in being an ignorant loudmouth. Those aren't my American values. I certainly hope they're not yours.

America(ns) exude the values of ignorance, hubris, arrogance, greed, and lack of culture. This is how (we in Europe) often stereotype Americans and this is what Trump is a walking example of.

Now, I don't think Trump is all that bad. I certainly don't think of him as bad as GWB who I think was a war criminal. Trump is a boor, but so far, could be a lot worse.

The same could be said about Obama.only difference is that Obummer agreed with them and of course thought that paying them off to be our friend was good policy for the US

The reality is that "people overseas" haven't considered any Republican President going back to and including Eisenhower as legitimate. Reagan terrified them, Bush I was a spy, Nixon was Nixon, Eisenhower was "slow", Bush II was slower, Ford was accidental and now Trump.

And we should care what they think why Mr Dean? Imagine if they said Howard Dean should be president, should we automatically make it so then?
Actually, I did not know about this comment until you posted it.

I don't care. But you apparently do.

He's not lying.
