Ocasio-Cortez is the right's new Hillary. Because they always need a big, bad boogie man for their mindless sheep to focus on, and Cortez is it for the next election cycle.

Baaa!
Listen, I’m no right-winger, and this is literally the very first time I’ve ever discussed AOC, but she has shown a propensity for attention-seeking behavior through her heavy daily use of social media, so it should be no surprise that she is receiving it. She is not entitled to special protection from public scorn, especially when she has demonstrated such willingness to jump into the fire all on her own.
So while you can point fingers at any group that you feel is “picking on her”, don’t forget that she is laying the groundwork for the responses she receives by making so many of her thoughts and complaints public ... no different than our Twitter-happy POTUS, who receives heaps of response for his bizarro tweets. Why would/should she be treated any differently?

LAWL. In your dreams.
The Old Hillary isn't gone and I predict she will continue to provide much entertainment in the years to come.
Right now Alexandria O-C is one of 435 House members elected from a very non-competitive district. Get back to us when she can win a real election.
The poor little socialist idiot has to take time off for self help before she’s even been sworn in to Congress.
This quote is ironic in the context of this thread, no?
“For working people, immigrants, & the poor, self-care is political — not because we want it to be, but bc of the inevitable shaming of someone doing a face mask while financially stressed. So I’ve decided to take others along with me on IG as I learn what self-care even means and why it’s important,” she added on Twitter.
So, basically, you're doing exactly what she said people do to people who try to take care of themselves.
She's taking a week off after running a political campaign and before starting a new job.
Plenty of people do that. This is not news. It's another of Fox's attempts to smear a young, minority woman who just won an election.

Nobody would even be talking about her or her week off of work had she not taken her whinging and requests for self-care tips public on social media. Let’s at least be honest about that much.
