What they don't support is wasting billions of dollars on a wasteful boondoggle that will do little, if anything, to improve border security.

How many people have been able to successfully enter our country via a tunnel though? Most are discovered before they peek their heads out of them and now we have tunnel sensors. Next......

It takes two to tango. If the dems don't like it and don't want to secure the border, then they have to live with the consequences.
Do you honesty believe that $5B will secure the border, where is this new section of wall going and will it cover all illegal immigration. How about those overstaying visas and what about the illegal drugs and human trafficking that come in through other points of entry.
The best ideal so far is one by Senator Bill Cassidy where the Mexican Cartels pay for the wall. Congress doesn't appropriate or control asset forfeiture money. That's even a better idea than having the Mexican gov. paying for it.
Cassidy introduced an amendment this year that would crack down on drug traffickers laundering money across the southern American border. The American government could then use the seized funds for increased border security and to build President Donald Trump’s proposed border wall
