The cost of the wall would equal ~0.09% of the total Federal Budget for 2019. i.e. It's going to have practically 0 effect on the budget.

Hmmm...If you can get past the pay wall and can actually read it with an open mind... :

But that’s money that could be spent on illegal alien baby-factories.

You’re free to believe what you want, but that doesn’t change reality.

You should be thankful that people like those in the Coast Guard are still loyal to the country despite going unpaid; they’re hardly “non-essential” - even if by title.

800,000 federal employees lives will not be destroyed. Cut the melodramatics for Christ's sake!

Although if I had the choice to destroy that many lives I'd certainly choose that over destroying the over 320 million American lives in this country from having an unsecured border, duh.

We can help all those needy Americans while not having to sacrifice our national security. Just more melodramatics by you. It's not a useless project. The good walls have already proven to work. Did you tell congress back in 2006 that approved the actual wall bill that it was a useless project? Thought not!
You know these govt employees and what they are facing ?? Please do not minimize their plight while you overstate the necessity of this wall.

Its not the money. Its how he goes about getting the money, people have a problem with. Shut down the gov. to get his wall money. He wants his money, while others receive no paychecks. Declare a national emergency to get the money. There is no national emergency. Now he wants to us disaster relief money for the Cali. fire disaster. What a guy.

Lol can’t say more, know a little about budgets. Got to leave it there. We have money - this is true. What it’s spent on, some of it, is just sad.
