The FBI investigates when people falsify documents submitted to the Secret Service, whether the falsification involves the employment of illegal immigrants (as it does with Trump's organization) or otherwise.
Then why don't the dims do something to protect all of us. Why are they making this about our President?
The vast majority of illegals cross where there is already a fence. The other areas are currently logistically impossible to build walls or fences on due to the terrain and Rio Grande.
This has been discussed Ad nauseam .
Trump has no plan, proposal, logistical or cost analysis for his wall. A bank wouldn't loan money based on an idea to build a house without blue prints and a itemized cost of labor and supplies.
I feel just like I feel about Pelosi using illegals in her vineyard. Is she being investigated too?
Best I can tell, the noise at the time, in 2006, was that the Pelosi Vinyard employed non union workers to harvest and sold to non- union wineries. There was some political speculation that some of the workers were likely illegal workers because everyone knows there are many illegal workers in Napa Valley.
Nothing became of the noise.
Ten years later, Trump campaigned on building a wall and Mexico would pay for it as well as deporting all illegals. Given Trump’s stance on illegal immigration, one would think it would be reasonable for Trump Org to make absolutely certain it was clean, if for no other reason than optics.
Was Trump personally aware his CC employed illegal people? I doubt it. Likely all low level staff were trained in their native language to avoid eye contact and communication with the Trump family. Nonetheless, it’s a Trump property and host to frequent visits by Trump, in season.
Trump has been very clear to communicate illegals are criminals, killers, rapists and more. Yet, staff reportedly intentionally omitted the names of undocumented workers from the FBI/ SS vetting process.
Wonder how much top- down pressure was put on front line management to tow the line on costs at this and other Trump properties. Trump Org has made use of H2B visas to legally hire foreign landscapers, housekeepers and kitchen help and has done so despite county protests of long lists of qualified US citizens. Perhaps it would have been necessary to pay more than $10/ hr or run some vans to central pick-up/ drop off locations, off property, the way other resorts do.
Neither Trump or Pelosi seem too keen on a Federal Law to mandate e- Verify. They have plenty of company at the federal and state level. Only a handful of states have made E-Verify of all employees state law. All contain intended loopholes, especially for independent contractors. What’s up with this in Texas and Florida?

And Trumplings stand mute.
Understandable, really.
tRump is a metaphor. He's their metaphor for all the hatred that Trumplings have been instructed to hold towards their neighbors. Hate radio gives them their daily instructions:
"America sucks and it's all your neighbors' fault! Libruls want to turn America into Venezuela! They want illegals to murder your family! tRump is your savior!"
So, it doesn't matter to them what tRump does. Hiring illegals is A-OK as long as he bad-mouths Dems.
Does the fbi usually get involved in illegal hiring schemes? That’d keep them very busy. Would be nice if the partisans would put their blinders down (“because trump”) and realize this problem needs dealt with, not kicked down the road.
The can has been kicking for well more than 30 years. It has not mattered who sat the oval or held the majority.
Not a whole lot of interest in eliminating incentives for illegal immigration.
Not a whole lot of interest in mandating e-Verify of all employees and contractors with stiff consequences for those who don’t comply.
Not a whole lot of interest in making renting to or otherwise harboring undocumented immigrants a Federal crime with stiff consequences for those who don’t comply.
Create the laws and a lead time and incentives for people to self deport via complimentary transportation home and $ X to start a new life. Certainly more cost effective than attempting to round up 12 + million people, going through the legal process for deportation.
That consumers will find watermelon that used to sell for $0.29/ lb, now costs $7.99/lb and small businesses will fail at unprecedented amounts are the tips of the iceberg in terms of impacts.
Seems to me there has never been a shortage of US people of all political stripes who want the benefits of cheap labor and then blame government for the consequences.

Then why aren't the dims introducing legislation to do something about our massive illegal problem, rather than a witch hunt of our President? Why do the dims support sanctuary city's and giving tax payer money to illegals for the health and education of their children? Why can illegals get drivers licenses in certain democratic controlled states?
It's all about "Orange man bad" not about protecting all American citizens from this illegal invasion.
