Notice how they act anytime the topic of punishing employers comes up.
Trump can pardon all the "right" employers.....so problem solved.

Create the laws and a lead time and incentives for people to self deport via complimentary transportation home and $ X to start a new life. Certainly more cost effective than attempting to round up 12 + million people, going through the legal process for deportation.

That consumers will find watermelon that used to sell for $0.29/ lb, now costs $7.99/lb and small businesses will fail at unprecedented amounts are the tips of the iceberg in terms of impacts.

Seems to me there has never been a shortage of US people of all political stripes who want the benefits of cheap labor and then blame government for the consequences.
You ruined a perfectly good post with “watermelon will cost $7.99 and bla bla”

You're right, as if supposedly keeping prices down is justification for breaking the law. I have to wonder what kind of moral compass these people have. For one thing the greedy employers who hire illegals are just pocketing the profits they aren't passing any saving on to the consumer. What they do pass on to the taxpayer are their enormous social costs. I guess some people like to see the rich get richer? No business large or small should exist by breaking the law. Sure is funny how all these businesses managed before millions of cheap illegals flooded our border. As for that watermelon price BS we have unlimited visas for legal, foreign farm workers so why the need to hire illegals except for pure greed?

Another thing that is disgusting are people whom like you are replying to don't seem to give a damn about their fellow American worker. Illegals have flooded the construction, landscaping and many other blue collared jobs that Americans once use to do for a fair wage. Both the employers and their illegal hires are equally guilty of breaking the law. There is no innocent party here like these pro-illegals would like to imply. Illegals also cost us over $100 billion a year but they don't give a damn about that either. Disgusting!

The truth hurts, doesn't it? You want to answer the question instead of blaming Democrats for Trump's actions for once? The man is 72, not 2.
