The prosecutors office is not interested in making any kind of a deal. They are going for hard prison time.

I'm leaning that way too.....they didn't charge the other two guys....which means they made a deal
...they don't make deals like that if they aren't serious and have the target in the hairs

There's still the Feds with the letter too..that's kinda being ignored right now...but mail is Fed not police

theoretically....the police could charge him about the mail...and the Fed come right behind them and charge him again
