Since the alleged russian collusion seems unlikely to bring POTUS down Cohen´s testimony seem to be the biggest hope the democrats have to get some dirt on Trump to try to impeach him. Do you think it will happen?

When Cohen speaks are we supposed to assume everything is a lie or only half of it?
We know Cohen is happy to lie under oath, so how do you take this testimony?

No it's just designed to distract from the summit in Vietnam.

I'd expect accusations of something worthy of impeachment, but not enough to convince the Senate to actually do it.

I don't care if it gets Trump impeached. What I want is the truth to come out. If Trump is a dirt bag, the American people need to know it. If he isn't, well they should know that too. He could help with the latter by releasing his tax forms so we can all see if he really donates any money to charitable causes, other than to his fake Trump family charity, which the NY AG forced him to shut down because it was a fraud.

It is being reported that Cohen will be bringing documents to the testimony as proof of some of his statements.

Evidently, liars are no problem for you. You cheerlead things about a world class liar all the time !

So, by that same logic, you should really have nothing bad to say about Cohen.

I went with option 2, hurt him but not enough to impeach.

If Cohen has evidence to back up his testimony, it will make Trump look like a crap human being. But still probably won't be enough for a GOP-controlled Senate to actually impeach.

Should give dems a huge boost in 2020 though, if Cohen does indeed have evidence that Trump committed financial crimes during the '16 campaign AND while in the White House. That would be really bad.

1) There will be nothing of note.

2) Isn't it comical that Congress (Dems) are calling a witness to testify who has been convicted of lying to Congress??

It's about as funny as the American people electing a known con-man to run the country.
