Since states can nullify federal immigration law so freely and a court ruled that DC can't cut funding to them because of it, then it should stand that states are free to nullify Roe vs. Wade and ban all abortions in spite of the ruling.
I seriously would like to see what DC would do. Would they really send in troops to try and MAKE us allow child genocide? If so, I say that perhaps it's time we break away from DC and secede.
"Banning" abortion will not make it go away. It will just make it illegal.
You might want to look up the definition of genocide.
The abortion rate in the US is actually declining, and access to long acting contraceptive methods at no cost through the ACA is a big factor in that. If you want fewer abortions, make long acting contraception free for those who cannot afford to pay for it.

State officers do not have to help the feds enforce federal statutes. This is why states can order their LEOs to refuse to help ICE arrest illegals, or to hand them over. States can make the feds do their work all on their own. Federal immigration law is entirely the job of the federal government to handle - the agencies involved are federal ones, not state ones, and the cases are adjudicated in federal, not state, created courts. States can assist the feds in enforcement if they wish but they do not have to. This is different from states being required to abide by the Constitution. There is a Constitutional right to choose an abortion (with some limits) within the right to privacy, therefore it would be unconstitutional and an improper use of state power, because the states have to abide by the Constitution and its principles, for states to create a law outright banning abortion.
You don't get it. What if a state said "Even if the Supreme Court said we have to enforce Roe, we're not going to!"?
So your question is, what if the entire government of a state went mad and decided to rebel against the Constitution and the lawful authority of the federal government?

Conservatives don't want fewer abortions though. What they want is forced patriarchy. Going after a woman's reproductive freedom is a huge step in that direction. After Roe v Wade is hypothetically overturned, they will go after Griswold v Connecticut. Mark my words.
What utter nonsense. The law says nothing like what is implied. This nonsense hurts your arguments because over and over this lying about things causes people to think you are lying about everything. Stop it. You are hurting the cause of people who have legitimate issues with abortion by trying this.

You mean you didn't know NY is "murdering newborn babies"?!
And President Trump is one heck of a fine example of a Republican following quite a remarkable abundance of good morals? After all, Trump thinks he is so greatly self-righteous and moral that he doesn't feel a need to ask God for forgiveness. Really, how more highly moral can a man think he can get than that before God?
