Not much of an investigation when the ag meets with the spouse (on a plane,)of the person being investigated and the investigator writes the exoneration letter weeks vefore interviewing them, and thry let the person bleachbit 30k emails, destroy all harddrives with a hammer, and the investigaion team are all supporters/donators to campaign.
That was wrong. Totally. GOP very ineffective tho. Investigate. Use the law. Be persistent.
