no, these conclusions are according to the report.
notice that no one in Mueller's team or Mueller's himself has come out saying the Barr letter is false
No. The conclusions are according to Barr's summary, big difference and he wrote a second memo or what ever you want to call it indicating that his first memo wasn't intended to be a summary. Mueller isn't going to comment on anything unless they call him before congress. Keep in mind that Barr wrote an unsolicited memo last June criticizing the investigation and voicing concern that if Muller addressed obstruction of justice that it would be dangerous.
Why is everyone actting like there's only 1 copy of the Mueller Report? This has been played like a stupid movie. We are not in 1980 where there's broken Xerox machines and a type writer just finished the report. There are e copies of this report-somewhere-and there probably is a copy or 2 of the paper version.
My theory, it's a set up. Those that know agree waiting for Barr to release his altered version of the report as 'truth' after weeks of manipulation and review-then the chickens come home to roost. Why else would everyone be acting like this is THE copy, pahlease! This is one of THE copies for sure. Technology has advanced.
There are some things that need to be redacted like ongoing investigations, sensitive intelligence information and grand jury testimony that would expose individuals. Problem is that he added in another category- “information that would unduly infringe on the personal privacy and reputational interests of peripheral third parties.” So the next battle will be over Barr's redactions being made public but congress at least should have access to an unredacted report.

What Barr released was a summary of the “principle conclusions”
Basically its just the outcome of the investigation, like looking at the final score of a baseball game rather than a play by play.
The democrats took that to mean a summary of the entire investigation..that was incorrect.
It wasnt a summary of the details leading up to outcome.
It wasnt a summary of methods that lead to the outcome.
It wasnt a summary of questions asked to witnesses.
It was just a summary of the final outcome
The report isnt going to change that final outcome , it is just going to allow people to see the details and how that outcome was reached.
At the end of day Barr is the AG and his decision is what counts and its still going to be no collusion, no obstruction, no conspiracy, no crime....and Trump will still be your president.
Now the investigation is over by Special Council, Adam Schiff can tell us what secret he has that Trump worked with Russia.
He can come right out and say it now.... Why won't he? Cat got his tongue. He told us for 2 years he had the goods.
