That's more the test of this teacher's abilities for me.
If she is unable to secure the content on her phone from her students -- and insists on sending semi-nude photos then she shouldn't be teaching middle school kids.
This is not the kind of person who should be teaching those kids anything if she can't figure out how to conduct herself better.
Poor judgement & stupidity on her part -- for me speaks to her overall character and ability to be a responsible teacher for kids.

Yeah, they do. Likely 90%+ of teaching contracts nationwide contain a morals clause. That includes public and private. I've seen a couple that even had businesses that were off limits to teachers included by name in the contract.

Internet language for "I'm just making crap up as I go".
Why isn’t she suing her ex-boyfriend? Why isn’t she pressing charges against her ex-boyfriend? If her ex-boyfriend released her Social Security Number or other private information, would that not be a crime?
True, people shouldn’t send nude pictures of themselves, but it is not a crime to do so. But it is (or should be) a crime to send a nude photo of someone else without their permission. Let’s start punishing the real perpetrators.
Note most have " morality" somewhere in the statute, which are adopted as state laws.
Any company can fire you for breaking the law. We no longer hold teachers to 19th century standards.
