State data is not relevant, there are huge differences within any state. Here in Washington, for example, it’s about 65%. In Seattle, it’s 46%, here in our city of 65,000 it’s 86%, nearby Bellevue WA with population 122,000 it’s 57%, and in Tacoma 50%. Big cities have more apartments, so states with more big cities have skewed statewide data.
