I think Nancy has generally probably lost a step or 'half a step', but...specific to the video the OP posted, it seems to me that it might be that she has dentures and that they might be slipping. Why someone as wealthy as Nancy Pelosi would have dentures.....rather than implants...is another question altogether.
I'm at a McKinney Restaurant Management Mickey D's, and they have a twitter feed and a separate news feed, in addition to the TV program, on their flat panels. One of the news feed items a few minutes ago was that Pelosi has suggested a 'family intervention' re the President .

Pelosi is a genius at sticking it to Trump. And all he can do about it is throw a tantrum like a two year old.
On the question you asked in the title of your topic, "What the hell was that?" Never mind that, what the hell is she doing as speaker of the house? This woman needs to step aside, not that it'll do any good since the obvious fact that voters in her district would probably elect somebody worse than Pelosi.

I've been told that Pelosi is good at raking in money from donors. She's apparently got some really firm connections to very wealthy donors. Not sure if that's true or not, but it has been mentioned as to why she's still where she is today.
If ANYBODY in my close family behaved like trump does on a daily basis.. we would be talking about giving them heavy medications or forced hospitalization.
Or if he where a new employee, he would not last a full week before being walked out the gates with guards!!

I have to agree with his decision though to walk out on that meeting.
He should have continued with the infrastructure meeting. At the end he should have said, "Nancy, I heard your comment earlier today. Could you and Chuck come my to office later to discuss?" That's how any normal, rational professional would have handled it -- with professionalism.
And the bogus Russian Investigation, the Stormy Daniels Investigation, etc. etc etc investigations aren't clever either. But they are costing tax payers more compared to supposedly altered stroker Pelosi videos being shared.
They have cost far less than Trumps hundreds of visits to his golf properties.
