Every mile built helps solve the problem. Regardless, we should not have to build a damn wall, if Mexico was a honorable neighbor

A few more miles wont have a noticeable impact. Mexico has the same issues, its not as if they aren't doing anything they even offered temporary residency. If we cant stop them from coming over our border what do we expect of Mexico since they have even less resources. The former US ambassador was on this week and indicated Mexico is doing their part, threats are not productive.

Whatever your opinion is on the matter, I think this needs to be expedited to the Supreme Court. We really do need somebody to make the final ruling on whether funds the President already has access to can be used at the President's discretion in all circumstances, or whether the Legislature has a say in the matter when they've specifically refused to fund something. You can certainly make legal arguments going either way. I just think we need someone to rule once and for all on it.

There is some value but I wouldn't call it an emergency. Even if they wall off the Rio Grande and Big Bend the problem will remain.

Well what you think is fine, I guess for you.

Trump ran on the fact that he would build a wall. He beat the pantsuit off Hillary Clinton. And now he's keeping that promise despite the fact that both parties have tried to stop it. He's the first politician to actually keep these kinds of promises since Jimmy Carter.

Refreshing to see, don't you think? i.e A politician who actually keeps promises.

Oh and of course all the Trump haters who have posted endlessly that it wouldn't happen, have scurried off like cockroaches when the light is turned on in a California kitchen.

The problem is ours, not theirs. We are the ones offering the incentive to come here.
