How do you know the Ken Burns documentary was accurate? What factual record did you check it against? A documentary has no requirement for objective presentation.
The report I provided is known as the Armstrong
Report, it was an official review commissioned by the NYC police commissioner after Reyes confessed. Since most of the arguments here seem to be bereft of facts I suggest you read it. It contains plenty, and if there were fabrications in it people in the dept could lose their jobs. Ken Burns had no such accountability when he made his documentary.
