Years ago, you saw Bush-Cheney, Romney-Ryan signs.

Now, you can't put MAGA signs on yards because it is socially unacceptable.

Trump caused this because he is controversial, period.

I would never put a political sign in my yard or on my car - - it's a good way to be vandalized. Heck, I'd barely feel comfortable doing it with a sports team in some parts of the country.

I don't remember people being physically assaulted for wearing "X" candidates apparel or signs being torn down in the yard.

People now have gone off their rockers attacking people wearing MAGA hats and the like.

I'm probably going to have to hold my nose and vote for Trump because the dems have gone too far left. Will I tell anyone I voted for Trump, probably not. I don't want to get any grief from someone suffering TDS.

It's easier to make statement votes in California because you know which way the vote is going to go. Wish more moderates in deep blue and deep red states would do this just to make the parties in both notice the lack of satisfaction with the party. I wrote in Bernie in 2016 as a protest vote to Clinton knowing that it ultimately wouldn't affect the state's vote.

The libs caused it because they are violent lunatics. If someone has a trump bumper sticker i guarantee that eventially their car will be vandalized, and if a sign, the house will be vandalized.

You can’t MAGA signs on yards where YOU live. Where YOU live doesn’t represent the entire nation.

Yeah, I didn't vote for Trump or Clinton last go around as I knew she's pull all 55 EC votes anyway, but yeah, the message via a vote for Trump for me means that the Dems need to go more center.

Vandalism is one thing, people are getting assaulted now and I just don't recall much of that in the past.
