I would have zero interest in being a martyr, personally.
Sometimes people have to die.
But again, eventually there’ll be a tit for tat.
Plus, New York City’s ludicrous sales tax on cigarettes has done nothing more than to create a lucrative black-market for the trade in untaxed cigarettes. The city should seriously consider curtailing it or even ending it regardless of the loss in revenue that will occur.
I want to know why the American citizens are putting up with all of these laws and taxes that are doing more harm than good. I say, get the government out of people's personal lives, and only worry about real crimes, like murder, kidnapping, rape, assault and theft.

He wasn't doing anything. He was recognized as someone who had sold loose cigarette's.
