Three kids within a block of my house were hit by speeding cars within a few months time. The street connected 2 sections of the subdivisions. IDK how many times the neighbors called the cops. We had license numbers, cars, etc. The police couldn't do a thing because we had to also identify the driver. So, I jus started standing at my mailbox with my shotgun everyday between 4 and 6. The speeding stopped.
When the neighborhood bully started in on my frail. small 6 year old at the school bus stop, we just sent son to Karate. The next time bully came knocking to see if son could play we replied, he's not home now, he's at Karate. That was the end of the bullying.
