That is the "mystical tumbling round". A ballistics "expert" on 60Minutes tried to claim that a round that tumbled was more accurate and more powerful than one that didn't. How dumb is that?

Kalishnikov was a proper genius of weapon design. Individual greatness that ended up mass produced because of its greatness. Few things inside that world ever came close to the singular success of that weapon.
