No, she's not a scientist. But there are plenty of scientists and plenty of research that discuss the seriousness and inevitability of climate change.
Reading some of the replies to this thread just points out how little people think or care about this issue. It's sad and I believe why we are in the place we are. I keep having to remind myself that so many here are all about denial, casting aspersions, mocking, etc. This is just a discussion forum by many who don't know what they're talking about, including me, although I have tried to educate myself and not be brainwashed by the man behind the curtain in the WH, and his ilk. We are all just arm chair spectators on this whole issue. I need to remember to keep my expectations of much meaningful conversation on climate change in check.

I disagree with your position on this teen, but you weren't selfish in not having children. Sometimes people have children BECAUSE they are selfish. I wish more people would think before acting in that regard.
