I'm sure you have first-hand knowledge of all that.

Have you read the transcript of the phone call?
It also doesn't reach the threshold for whistleblower status, which means it's nothing more than a leak.

The swamp is playing games with gray areas of the law. This exactly what HRC, Biden, Kerry, and probably Obama did for years. Now they are trying to say the Bidens were investigated, just as they did HRC as if being cleared by partisan hacks makes what they did legal somehow.

The left demand Trump is held accountable for even the smallest indiscretions and then totally close their eyes on liberal felons.

It's all crap!

It has already begun with Barr and Epstein investigating the impetus of the dossier and Mueller investigation.

This is why they are trying to force Barr to recuse himself. The rats are squirming. They know the proverbial sht is about to hit the fan and this is a last-ditch effort to derail the investigations and impeach Trump.

Take a vote to impeach. Stop talking and start doing.

They know they'll be trounced if they do.

Again, it's all crap!

It's not a giant nothing The WH has admitted that they moved the transcript to a secured server, which further corroborates the complaint. I don't think Trump and his minions think it's a big nothing. Why do you think the DOJ and the FBI won't investigate? If he's so innocent, let them investigate.

No it's not all crap. The WH has confirmed they moved the transcript to a secure server, just like the whistleblower said. Barr is not allowing any of this to be investigated. There must be a reason. Otherwise, why not let them investigate? BTW, impeachment takes time. They'll get there.

That's not the way the court system works at all. A lot of investigations began on second hand information. Say you overheard two people talking about a murder they did. For that matter, let's say you overheard two people talking about a murder their third friend committed. Do you go to the police with what you heard? Should they not investigate at all? We're not at the point of the case where Jack McCoy stands before a jury. We're at the point where Briscoe and Green are still investigating.

And?? The problem with this is what exactly?? What exactly does it corroborate? If he said it was sunny day outside too..nand we find that to be true....so what??? How does that implicate anyone of any wrong doing???

If there's complaints by the Ukraine that a former US VP had their investigators fired, why wouldn't Trump have these discussions moved to a more secure server and out of the reach of Biden and his minions?

Breaking: The White House admitted the Ukraine call was moved to a secret server. Kind of odd for a call that wasn't considered classified

Funny you should ask this question. That is the exact way I learned about hearsay being not admissible in court. I went to the police with some information about a crime that I had heard from someone else. I was told that they wouldn't and couldn't do anything about it because I did not witness anything myself.
