They believe the nonsense wholeheartedly and their lunacy sounds like sarcasm.

Washington Post put out a false report saying Trump threatened to withhold money. That’s all it takes for people to believe it’s true. Just like Russian collusion they still can’t accept that it didn’t happen.

We’re reaching the point where facts don’t really matter, the end goal is to impeach Trump at all costs and they will use whatever justification they can come up with.

The whistleblower complaint spells it out completely. Trump even fell for the Crowdstrike scam, which claimed there was a server in the Ukraine that would prove Russian interference in the 2016 election was made up. Basically, Trump is suffering from cognitive decline, fell for his version of an elder scam, and is now too far gone mentally to realize how he is damaging himself by trying to use the government to interfere in the 2020 election with the help of Ukraine.

Given his cognitive decline, the best course of action for the Republicans is to offer to invoke the 25th amendment to have Trump removed from office.

I absolutely agree, but I voted "nothing" because I believe he has had a lifetime of practice on how to perfectly cover up, conceal, defer, and other forms of making things go away. I don't think we will ever catch him, but hope and pray I am wrong.

There is a third option which should be in the poll -- I am taking a wait and see approach. Seems most people on this board have already made up their mind and are firmly entrenched in those opinions. I honestly don't know what happens here. I'm leaning toward nothing coming out of this. I will say that the Trump's admins actions so far with this are not indicative of innocence.

Or, the democrats could beat him in an election. I hear there's one coming up.
