But it's only been recently that there have been numerous trans actually taking advantage of it (CMIIR).

Not to worry Jazzy, little boys everywhere are learning to pretend to be girls so they can get a free ride to college. Damn it's so woke now it's hard to ever sleep.

Much ado about nothing.

A Transwoman (born a male) obliterated all girls in Texas' HS Wrestling.

A Transwoman (born a male) medaled at a local XC meet. They were not competitive as a male, but were semi-competitive as a female and basically took a medal from a female.

Transwomen should not be able to compete in Girls sports. A transman (born a female) or any female should be able to compete in men's sports if they are able to be competitive.

A biological male has too many advantages over a female. It is completely unfair for them to compete as women.

So? Sports are just play/recreation and should be treated as such. We take them way too seriously.

They keep some people from needing student loans for college.

Which is utter nonsense.

In the case of a public school, giving my tax dollars to someone because they can hit a ball well? Really?

Spoken like someone who could never make a team. In fact, you sound downright angry.

Kids get a lot out of organized sports that carries through into other areas of their lives. Most people know this.

I’m 6’7 so of course I play basketball, of course as center, just most competitively at the varsity level.

A neighborhood pickup game is fun and brings people together. When you put too much structure around it though it becomes corrupted.

I had no student loans(paid for with tuition reimbursement working in the field I was advancing my career into and studying for rather than play a game).

I’m not saying ban sports or anything. But they’re supposed to be exercises in fun. Not tax dollar funded spectacles. Most other scholarships come from outside sources, which is fine. Switch up athletic scholarships to be funded by professional sports organizations and I would be fine with that.

How about combining hormonal levels with chromosome dna to make different divisions of competition. For instance, if a person tests out to have the xy chromosome but a high estrogen level, they compete in division A. If they have the xx chromosome, they compete in division B. If they have the xy and are high in testosterone, they compete in division C.

They make a lot of money for the schools and reduce the amount of tax money needed.
