Try to keep up and stay on topic.
I think the point was being made that a presidential candidate's sharing of a detailed plan on healthcare, whether or not you agree with it, should be contrasted with the vague and empty still-unfulfilled promises from Trump. Its not an unfair point, frankly, to point out that the former appears to be willing to release something to be intelligently considered, analyzed, and perhaps criticized while the latter's "plan" is so hollow that there is nothing on which one can comment or consider.

Maybe the very poor would not have any out of pocket, but I'm pretty sure that the rest of us would, scaled up according to our income level. Medicare for all will cost so much, they will need to do something to offset the enormous costs.
While I realize it will most likely be a **** show, I'm still trying very hard to keep an open mind about it.

But that doesn't bother the socialists who devoutly believe in the invisible pink unicorn who farts money to pay for everything.
Nearly every Republican running for the House and Senate proclaimed their support for a mandate for insurers to cover preexisting conditions without charging the insured a higher premium.

Trump campaigned on covering preexisting conditions and continues to support it.

Sounds like both parties are aligned on this bit of socialism and pint unicorns, eh.

Trump promised to build a wall and Mexico was going to pay for it. Nearly 3 years into his term, no one knows what it will cost. No one knows how it will be paid for. No one knows what it will cost to invoke eminent domain.

Trump unveiled his health care plan, as a candidate, you probably just forgot, or were unaware of it at the time. Here is a link to it: Trump unveils seven-point healthcare reform plan

As with the border, Trump needed the support of Congress to get anything passed. But he had the Trump-Russia collusion investigation raining all over him. Trump was not getting the support from congress. trump did not enjoy the "honeymoon effect," if you will, that all presidents enjoyed. So not much was done by the Republican controlled Congress.

BTW, Trump is building his border wall.

Wait, so you're saying politicians are unanimously retarded about math, actuarial science, logic and common sense?

Stop the press! We have a scoop!!

They all lie about the upfront statements, they all hide everything they can until forced to play their hand, and they all backtrack on what they initially say if they get to implement it.

There is no value to what any of them say on either side, people get mad about the "whaddabout-ism when it comes to Obama and previous administrations, so its no different here with Trump. Just because the bar was set so low with him doesn't mean others deserve praise just for being able to fog up a mirror placed under their nose.

What I find remarkable is that Trumpistas don’t want everyone to have decent health care - and will even go without protecting their own health and their family’s health to send that message.

UnAmerican.

Just another idiot liberal promising free stuff.

I don't think most voters really believe and are voting in support of the free stuffs that the Demoncrats are campaigning all about.

Most voters all already know that most Demoncrats promises on free stuffs that they themselves know will never happen.

The support for Demoncrats to take the White House is because they want all of Obama's policies that were cancelled or stopped by Trump to come back.
