But once socialism arrived, the government forced them to pay salaries - taxable salaries - and forced them to change because socialism abhors religion.
...And we all can see where that leads to... MORE GLORIOUS SOCIALISM.

The people of the United States are dumber than a bag of hammers... no insult to hammers.

Magnitudes and magnitudes oh my...
100,000: Not 1 in 100,000 Americans can accurately define the republican form of government, its source and origin. [less than 3,200]
10,000: Not 1 in 10,000 Americans can accurately describe the process for becoming a status criminal. [less than 32,000]
1,000: Not 1 in 1,000 Americans know they’re living under a state of emergency, and in full compliance with the communist manifesto. [less than 320,000]
100: Not 1 in 100 Americans know that dollar bills, aren’t dollars, and aren’t simply printed up, but borrowed at usury (the abomination) into existence. [less than 3,200,000]

Some call it cognitive dissonance, others call it doublethink, when they read:
"All men have Creator endowed rights that governments were instituted to secure," yet
"All citizens have mandatory civic duties that abrogate endowed rights".
When you figure it out, you can depart the bag of hammers.

Oh, heck, I'll give it to you straight-

Since 1933, the USA has been a socialist nation, with a multitude of freebies.

Has it really helped end poverty?

Do more people enjoy good healthcare than the 1930s?
Or is it WORSE?
Stop blaming capitalism for the ills of collectivism imposed by fraud and deceit.
Stop being pedantic, not-for-profit-healthcare most certainly exists, and was the concept HeyJude was referring to.

No holds barred anymore, this is the new normal, right? I dont know if the things I am saying are true, but they might be. I know she is guilty. She has to be, because I dont like her. We can figure out the details later.

Wow, this is going to be fun.
Now that was funny!!!

I know if anybody protest against her and any of her failed ideals, they will be branded racists, sexist and domestic terrorist by the main stream media and her Department of Justice.

I fully agree!! This will be fun!!

And yet somehow, every other civilized nation on Earth has found a way to do it that doesn't involve pink unicorns. Are you saying the U.S. isn't as smart and capable as every other civilized nation on Earth?
I think the problem many of us have is that most payment methods put the burden squarely on the shoulders of the middle class. There are options out there that spread that burden out more. I like how Australia does it. Everybody has skin in the game.

I guess you're being satirical here, but it isn't quite clear enough to be sure.

What seems even more satirical, is posters who have called Trump every name in the book over the last 3 years, coming to this thread and whining about people calling Warren, “Pocahontas”.

I think we are in a new age, where decorum and respect for the office, is a thing of the past.

I think republicans will be equally vile with the next democratic president, as democrats have been with the republican president. Then democrats will complain about it, call it childish and immature, etc. Republicans will respond by reminding them of how they acted with the republican president. On message boards, like this one, it is pretty easy because you can just go back and link old threads. Of course, the people on the left will call it “whataboutisms” or find other ways to dismiss it. I fully expect Democrats to be shocked when they see conservatives treat their candidate/president the way liberals have treated theirs. They convince themselves that THEY are good and conservatives are bad, so it is alright to treat conservatives differently.

But it is foolish to think that the right will not be just as nasty with the next democrat, as the left has been with the republican president. It is part of the political landscape now. Anything less would be a sign of weakness.

it's just nice knowing, as Warren has said so many times, the middle class won't have their taxes raised under her new healthcare plan.

I know you are being sarcastic. You could tax the rich at 100% and it would be nothing near enough to fund all their looney give away programs, especially all the free stuff they want to give to NON CITIZEN Illegal Aliens. Why? What is their motivation for that?

The pot call Warren Pocahontas.

Based on family oral history, Trump claimed his grandfather immigrated from Sweden. It says so in Trump’s Art of the Deal. The book also claims Trumps father was born in NJ.

The truth is Trump’s grandfather immigrated from Germany. Trump’s father lied about his heritage so as not to scare off Jewish immigrants who rented thousands of apartments from him. Guess he never clued in his own family.

Many are surprised to learn their family’s oral history differs from reality.

As it relates to healthcare, Trump campaigned on the promise to “ repeal and REPLACE Obamacare with something wonderful that would take care of everybody and the government was going to pay for it” any way you slice it, Trump ran on a platform of Universal Healthcare funded entirely by government ( taxes and debt).

He had no plan to support his promise. He had no plan to pay for it. And he has not delivered on that promise.

I am an advocate for Universal Healthcare. Not so much for a Medicare for All scheme.

No two countries use the same strategy to deliver Universal Healthcare. A few countries rely entirely on private insurance. A few rely on a Single Payer scheme. Most are a mixed bag. A few do not involve employers in healthcare. Most however, do.

No POTUS has the authority to make law. It takes an Act of Congress. Medicare for All is DOA, no matter the party that holds the majority.

For crying out loud, Congress can’t even authorize Medicare to negotiate the price of medications, despite Medicare is the single largest pay or of prescription meds.
