Not my interpretation. Have fun being confidently wrong.
Citing precedent on the subject of executive privilege protecting communications with the president,
Quote:
The expectation of a President to the confidentiality of his conversations and correspondence, like the claim of confidentiality of judicial deliberations, for example, has all the values to which we accord deference for the privacy of all citizens and, added to those values, is the necessity for protection of the public interest in candid, objective, and even blunt or harsh opinions in Presidential decision-making. A President and those who assist him must be free to explore alternatives in the process of shaping policies and making decisions and to do so in a way many would be unwilling to express except privately. These are the considerations justifying a presumptive privilege for Presidential communications. The privilege is fundamental to the operation of Government and inextricably rooted in the separation of powers under the Constitution.
The presumption is that privilege applies, that's why it takes a court ruling to overcome it when it is claimed. There have been instances where they have overruled the president....I'm not sure such a reason would exist this time around.
Worked under Preet Bharara and has prosecuted the Mob.
Watching Goldman, I thought, gee, he should be in the movies or on TV. Well, guess what - he's been a legal analyst for NBC for a while. I think I've seen him on MSNBC, as well. There are other factoids on the internet, as well - married to a nice Jewish girl, five kids. Looks deliriously happy in his marriage.

Ha....that Nunes. Whenever I look at him I think of the picture of Dorian Gray.....except Nunes' picture isn't in the attic - he looks more like the weasel he is every time I see him.
What blathering bs he spouts - attacking the process, belittling the witnesses by saying no one is watching, weaving a mishmash of verbal nonsense for Herr Leader in the WH.

Reason: off topic
Nunes, bless his heart, looks like a kid whose mother has encouraged him to try out for the debate club and though he does his best, is not up to the task.
Jordan has dialed back on his auctioneer with a coke habit personae but still out in left field.
Stefanik’s appears to have given up on the belligerent victim routine, always a plus.
Castor, the Republican counsel, usually looks like he would rather be anywhere else but here and today probably should have been. He all but openly accused Vindman of being compromised, questioned his loyalties, tried to portray hims as a man not to be trusted.
While this probably plays well with Trump, can't imagine anybody who has any respect or connection to the military being impressed by this stomach turning performance.
Vindman admitted to being the leaker, only to have Schiff confirm it. Just like Kent and Sonland said they were worried about.
Exactly, him reading an old job evaluation doesn't help him much when we now know he's the source for the whistleblower....and we know he lied about knowing who that was, just like Schiff did and continues to.
No one with any integrity wants to appear on the GOP side. That's why they're stuck with Gym Jordan and Devin Nunes, the Tweedledum and Tweedledee of the Republican party.
