It's not so much who might gain if Hunter Biden's "luck" in getting that job is investigated as much as who stands to lose. Winners are the United States and losers are Barisma officers, including Hunter Biden, and Quid Pro Quo Joe. Liberals don't seem to understand or care that a potential opponent, not actual at this point, of Trump might be outed as Corrupt before they decide who should represent them in the election.
There is absolutely zero evidence of corruption on the part of either Biden.
In fact, Ukraine has already released a statement saying they see no evidence of wrongdoing by Hunter during his time at Burisma. So there was nothing to "protect".
The ousting of Shokin was widely called for by the governments of the EU countries, as well as World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. Thus making it demonstrably not a "Joe wants" thing, so no possible corruption there either.
You think the EU, the IMF and World Bank were all in the bag for Hunter's lousy $600K/yr job?
I read the IG report. What it says is exactly the opposite of what Barr claims. Didn't he read the report? Because if he did, he's willfully lying to the entire world.
The Attorney General of our United States has characterized the Mueller Report and now this IG report in a way that is simply untrue.
It was well covered in-the-moment. It was not at all a secret before Joe sat on that panel answering questions.
Swing and a miss.
Well that's a false statement because Lieutenant Colonel Vindman in his testimony stated that at the time he was listening to the phone call with Trump and Zelinsky, he was unaware that Joe Biden coerced Ukraine to fire the prosecutor who was investigating Hunter Biden's former employer
They can point out what is in the report and how that would lead most unbiased people to see how the errors made were probably not innocent.
Just how bad was the FBI’s Russia FISA? 51 violations and 9 false statements. And yet Horowitz says no evidence to suggest bias.
So we have 51 violations 9 false statements all 60 of those were in one direction; against Trump in his campaign and against Papadopoulos.
Here's a fitting analogy FBI snipers take 60 shots but they claim we're just accidental. But then we look at where the shots impacted all 60 of them impacted around Trump around his campaign and around Papadopoulos. So Horowitz asks the FBI snipers "were you trying to shoot at Trump in his campaign" and the snipers say "no those bullets just happened to land there we we didn't plan to shoot in that direction." "Well, did any of your rounds land anywhere else? No? Well no okay nobody's biased around here. Move along everyone nothing to see here folks."
Horowitz just admitted that he had no evidence that there was bias. He is not saying there was NOT bias. The same people who declared Hillary Clinton had no intent (in spite of deleting 33k emails, setting up a private server and bleaching her hard drive).
There is absolutely zero evidence of corruption on the part of either Biden.
The fact that Hunter got that position is more than zero evidence of corruption. Do you think Hunter didn't know why he was being offered that position.
The fact that VP Biden did not disavow his son in that position is more than zero evidence of corruption.

They also say there was no quid pro quo with President Trump. Is that enough for you to believe there was no Quid...?
I listen to the GOP during this hearing. I remember how Nunes tried to get the GOP controlled house to make corrections to FISA.
They did nothing. They have allowed it to continue till the next time they get to make corrections.
Right now there are obvious problems with the FISA law.
Libertarian's should be outraged.
